We need leadership—but we also cannot "browbeat" to affect change. There is culture at work here. Change must be reasoned, worthwhile, and valued. The question of course becomes,—how to effect and influence such change in the informatics immigrants? And how do we facilitate open thinking and readiness for change in those that we educate instead of creating students in our own likeness?

We know that the cross-cutting requires that new skills and new ways of doing be incorporated by all. <NEXT>
