Notes:

Organizational model must be very clear at the modeling stage in order to interpret the effects (particular slope effects) accurately. But, also the intercepts at levels above the lowest level become tricky. Because these are layered models, they demand even greater use of theory (or strong models) when you get beyond a simple ICC.
