But I think it's worth it, partly because of threats to the medical home concept and threats to primary care pediatric practice posed, among other forces, by retail based clinics. As summed up by the current US Secretary of DHHS, organizations have 3 options when confronted by new technology,

—ignore it and die,
—adapt and survive,
—lead and prosper
