Frequency of use of ADHD templates by individual clinicians

On the Y axis is the frequency of use, or number of times the templates was used during the 4 month introductory period. On the x axis are the clinicians, each bar represents a physician in one of the test practices. Different colors of bars are used to indicate physicians in the same practice. In addition, this graph doesn't show the 8 physicians who didn't use the template at all. The frequency of use ranged from 0 times to 50.
