Web Conference

This Web Conference series, broadcast on September 23, 24, and 25, 2003, was designed to inform State and community officials about and teach them to use Data Books and tools for monitoring the health care safety net. This initiative consists of a broad range of local area measures related to safety net providers and the populations they serve.

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) are leading the initiative. The User Liaison Program (ULP) of AHRQ developed and sponsored the audioconference.

Select to access the Conference Sessions; all slides for each presentation are also available separately. Select for Playback Tips and Software Requirements.

While listening to the audio, you can also access the individual PowerPoint® slide presentations and manually move through the slides referred to by each presenter. There is a text version of each slide presentation as well as a text transcript of the entire audio portion of the conference.

An audio tape of the conference is also available for $10.00 through the AHRQ Publications Clearinghouse at 1-800-358-9295. Ask for AHRQ03-AV12A, "Monitoring the Health Care Safety Net."
