Figure depicts a sample data entry display from the HERDS system.  Sample data is shown for St. Peter's Hospital, Weekly Availability Bed Count for Wednesday, July 6, 2005, 10:00 am. Data fields include Reporter's Contact Information (Name, Title, Phone, Fax), ED Patients Waiting for Hospital Admission (Adult and Pediatric [less than 16]), Available Adult Beds, and Available Pediatric Beds.
