The flowchart is structured as follows:

"Web Services Data Interface" is in a box in the center. To the right of this box is a cylinder labeled "Database." An arrow points to and from the center box and passes through a line marked "Firewall."

Above the center box is another box that reads "Website (Secure Access)."

An arrow leads both to and from this box to a circle to the box's left; "Individual Hospital and Alternative Care Site Web-based Interface (Manual Data Entry) Texas, California, Massachusetts, Georgia, Colorado, Wisconsin."
