Provides a four-module training program to help hospitals implement Project RED.

Post-Implementation Data Collection

  • Collect data regularly.
  • Seek help from quality department for data analysis.

Notes:

Once you have implemented your best-practice solutions, you will need to collect data regularly. Your PI and quality department staff may be able to assist in analyzing data.
