Project RED: Re-Engineered Discharge (Staff Training)
Provides a four-module training program to help hospitals implement Project RED.
- Measure the project to determine impact
- Outcome measures
- Process measures
- Resource investment
- Results will determine if Project RED will be used in other areas of the hospital
Process measurement will occur to assess the effectiveness of the performance improvement project.
