Poor compared with high income individuals in 2000 and 2001 on measures of quality of care and access to care.
Stacked-column chart. Measures of quality of care: in 2000, poor individuals received poorer quality of care than high income individuals for 13 measures of quality and the same quality of care for 9 measures of quality; in 2001, poor individuals received poorer quality of care than high income individuals for 13 measures of quality, the same quality of care for 8 measures of quality, and better quality of care for 1 measure of quality.
