Figure shows the pooled results of four studies reporting rates of preterm delivery (PTD) before 34 weeks in high-risk patients. None of the four studies reported a statistically significant decrease in preterm delivery before 34 weeks with treatment and their pooled effect was not statistically different from zero (0.036; 90% CI=-0.021 to 0.092).
