Exhibit 4. How a Medical Call Center Works (Text Description)

This flow chart demonstrates the operation of a medical call center (MCC). In the middle is a vertical bar labeled MCC. At the top of the bar is 'hospitals and health care facilities,' with an arrow going from the MCC to 'hospitals and health care facilities.' At the bottom is 'local and State public health agencies,' with an arrow pointing to it from the MCC. All arrows flow to and from this bar.
